I have taken part in Caroline’s 8 week Mindfulness course and also the Emotional Intelligence programme during lockdown and cannot recommend her enough. We were looking for ways to support our employees during the uncertainty of the recent pandemic and subsequent lockdown, and Caroline and her Mindfulness training was introduced to us via a colleague. From my first chat with her and ever since, she has radiated a knowledgeable reassurance and calm that has been so well received by all our people, and has worked with us to carefully tailor her workshops to support everyone, with bespoke one-to-ones to complement these sessions. I took part in an 8-week, zoom-based mindfulness course that Caroline ran during lockdown for the company I work for. I can thoroughly recommend working with Caroline – she’s super approachable and friendly, and despite the difficulty that can come with conducting these sessions virtually, she was brilliant at leading them and was always willing to listen and include everyone in each session. I’d tried meditations in the past, but Caroline’s lessons looked at the wide range of skills and practices involved in mindfulness that I’d never come across before, which encouraged me to look into it more, practice regularly, and it’s now a very healthy daily habit! The sessions were a mix of group and 1-2-1 sessions and there’s a good variety of practices, so it’s great for inclusivity – everyone can take something away from this, regardless of your experience with meditation

I really enjoyed the mindfulness taster session. I believe having more training/guidance in mindfulness will allow me to develop both personally and in a working environment. In our business it is very hard to switch off and this is even more present currently based on workload increases.

I reckon it’s worth adding more sessions – there are definitely more people in the office who would benefit from that / do it. I’m normally quite cynical / non-fussed about anything mindful-related but it was nice to just chill out for half an hour, so there’s a benefit for sure.
I really enjoyed the Mindfulness session and think more sessions would be extremely beneficial to enable us to master the art of mindfulness. In a busy world any technics to help me to focus and switch off when needed would be really appreciated. It would be great if more sessions could be added as part of the Wellbeing programme.

The Mindfulness for Children’s Programme delivered by Sue and Caroline was outstanding; the course content was fun, engaging and relevant.
