The 8 sessions live online MBSR programme via Zoom involves a meditation practice & theory, the sessions are short and designed specifically to fit into the busy schedule. Recordings and home practice included. 121 additional support on request. Sessions last 30 – 45 minutes.
Why MINDFULNESS is so NOW
We find ourselves in extremely challenging times. Stress levels are high, there’s not only the normal work-related stress, but we’ve also had home-schooling, potentially working from a kitchen table, not seeing friends/ family nor doing the things that we would normally do that enrich us.
The working week is so different, collaboration conditions are difficult to replicate in the virtual world as are the laughs. We have so much more time to ruminate, isolation leads to a very busy- mind, the inner critic tends to be noisy and this isn’t good for our emotional health and well-being. And … as lockdown lifts, we anxiously ponder the summer of 2021; the air of uncertainty of what both our working and personal lives will look like. This is why we need to make sure that we have the tools & skills to be able to navigate the next phase.
