This 12-week course follows on from the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. Over the course of the 12 sessions we explore self-awareness in more depth. We look at how to effectively manage, control, and adapt our emotions, mood, reactions, and responses and reflect on how we interact with others. Self – awareness is the foundation for success and enables us to build effective relationships, to lead, negotiate conflict, and as well to work successfully as part of a team
The 12 session live online Mindfulness Based Emotional Intelligence programme via Zoom involves a meditation practice, theory and coaching activities. The sessions are short and designed specifically to fit into the busy schedule. Recordings and home practice included. 121 additional support on request. Sessions last 30 – 45 minutes
